Homemade granola is healthier for you than store bought. Make a batch so you can have it on hand for breakfast, snacks, pre or post work-outs.

- ½ cup natural sweetener (honey or maple syrup are the best)

- 1 cup mixed nuts, slightly chopped (walnuts, cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts)
- 1 cup mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame)

- Arrange a parchment paper sheet and place it on your pan; pour the granola onto it using a large spoon to spread it into an even layer. Bake until golden in an oven preheated to 400 F for about 20 minutes.
- Let cool completely before breaking into pieces with your hands. Add the selected dry fruits, blueberries, raisin ?and eventually chocolate chips.

- Add the granola to natural yogurt and fresh fruits. Sprinkle chia and some fresh mint leaves and serve. Bon Appetit!
