Chicken and peppers are already delicious and are often eaten on their own, but imagine a recipe with mushrooms... what an explosion of flavour! Serve it with rice or noodles and you'll have the perfect meal.

- 4 medium chicken breasts
- 400gr of mushrooms
- 400gr of green peppers
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp of Elixir Balance
- 2 tbsp of rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 4 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 4 tbsp of low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tbsp of cornflour
- Extra Virgen Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken cut in dice with salt and pepper, soy sauce, rice vinegar and cornflour; add 2 tablespoons of water and set aside for 20 minutes.
- Cut all the vegetables into slices.
- Heat the oil in a wok and fry the onion, mushrooms and green pepper for 3 to 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still slightly crunchy.
- Add a pinch of salt, honey and garlic during the last minute of cooking. Remove from the wok.
- Heat another tablespoon of olive oil and add the marinated chicken to the pan.
- Cook the chicken over a high heat until it is well browned, then add the vegetables, stir everything for 30 seconds.
- Serve with white or brown rice. Bon appétit!
