A remineralising smoothie for after training, providing excellent hydration for the skin.
Ingredients
Preparation
- 1 banana
- 3 cups of baby spinach
- 1 tbsp of almond cream
- 1 tsp of Elixir Beauty
- 3 cups of coconut water
- Walnut and almonds (optional)
- Wash the spinach leaves and place them in a blender or food processor.
- Add the rest of the ingredients: almond butter, banana, coconut water, Beauty elixir. Blend until you achieve the desired consistency. Add more coconut water or mineral water if it is too thick.
- Serve chilled with a topping of dried fruit.
