Banana, almond and spinach smoothie

A remineralising smoothie for after training, providing excellent hydration for the skin.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • 1 banana
  • 3 cups of baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp of almond cream
  • 1 tsp of Elixir Beauty
  • 3 cups of coconut water
  • Walnut and almonds (optional)
  1. Wash the spinach leaves and place them in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients: almond butter, banana, coconut water, Beauty elixir. Blend until you achieve the desired consistency. Add more coconut water or mineral water if it is too thick.
  3. Serve chilled with a topping of dried fruit.
