Muesli with seeds, fresh figs and grapes

Seasonal ingredients that provide energy such as fresh figs and grapes, rich in fiber, antioxidants, minerals and that also have a detoxifying effect on the body. The Lion's Mane mushroom present in Elixir Focus has a clear intestinal protective function.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • 250g of Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt or hi protein
  • 1 tbsp of spelt and amaranth flakes
  • 1 tbsp of sunflower and pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp of Elixir Focus
  • 1 tbsp of coconut (optional)
  • 4-5 fresh figs
  • 6-7 grapes
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • Chestnut honey
  1. Spread the yogurt in a couple of bowls.
  2. Add the spelt and amaranth flakes along with the sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
  3. Open the figs and cut them in half or into quarters. Open the grapes and remove the seeds.
  4. Place them in the bowls.
  5. Mix the teaspoon of Elixir Focus with the pinch of cinnamon and sprinkle. Add a drizzle of chestnut honey (high in Fe).
  6. Serve.
