This Shiitake infusion has become our favourite warm up. Nothing like a bowl of this comfort food at supper.

- 1 yellow onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp of Elixir Focus
- 1 handful of Shiitake mushrooms
- 2 cups of vegetable broth without added salt
- 1 pinch of miso
- Let's prepare our soup base by adding mixing sautéing the diced onion and diced garlic with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
- Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir for a few minutes, add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and two cups of water. Add one teaspoon of Elixir Focus and simmer on a low heat with the lid on for 15 minutes.
